Warehouse Heating Derby

This last week we were called out to a local company, as there warehouse heating had gone down. This caused a massive issue, as the manufacturing that took place in the building could not take place. This was due to the cold temperature, as the adhesive that was being applied to products in the manufacturing process would not set and any items made would fail quality control.  Our team were on hand within 30min and 90mins later the heating system was back up and running. The cause of problem, was a faulty thermostat that we managed to repair onsite, but we scheduled to return to replace with a new one. Needless to say the company were delighted as only minimal downtime was suffered.

Industrial heating and boiler specialist – Derby

This last week has been extremely cold in Derby. As DHC Heating are known as the factory heating specialists in the area we have been called out to a number of manufacturing premises, who suffered a loss of heating. The loss of heat caused a major problem at one such firm, as not only was the workforce cold, but the adhesive they used in the manufacturing process was not setting due to the cold environment. Our team soon had the problem identified and provided a solution there and then!
