Terms of Use and Service

Service related

  • Parts and labour included unless the boiler is beyond economic repair
  • Response times subject to change.
  • LPG/ Oil fuelled systems not included

We have the right to refuse works on systems we deem unsafe.

Pricing related

  • Minimum 12 months contract
  • No excess charged
  • Contact subject to initial boiler inspection

Failure to keep up with the contract payments will result in a loss of cover.
